How often is new merch released?
Our design team strives to add fresh-new products to the website often. We do not process custom orders, however, we're open to receiving potential 'hot' or 'trendy' product ideas. Just send us a detailed message from the CUSTOMER CARE page and a design representative will respond to your submission.
Can I be notified when new merch is released?
Yes. Simply join our priority list at the bottom of the HOME page to be one of the first to know about new merch releases. Some of our products are one of a kind or limited quantity. Therefore, you would have the advantage of viewing new items as soon as they're released for purchase. We currently ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?
Shipping information will be emailed to you once product(s) have been shipped. Please allow at least 15 business days to receive your package. If you do not receive your package after 15 business days, let us know by sending your order information to CUSTOMER CARE and a Care representative will assist you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Merch items are handmade or assembled by hand. Although we strive for perfection to release quality products, minor imperfections may be present during close examination yet unnoticeable in normal view. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with a product, you are welcomed to email us a message to explain the issue. We will then determine if you qualify for a return for store credit exception (less 25% return fee).

Various types of materials that include but not limited to, onyx, glass, stones, metals, plastic blends, elastic, rubber, etc. (Commonly used store/vendor jewelry making materials.)
